Apple's switch to custom silicon is now one step closer to the launch of the new M1 Pro and M1 Max chips. These two new chips are coupled with two new MacBooks in 14 and 16 inches. This means you can now choose from 3 MacBook Pros with 3 different chips.

The new MacBook Pro means serious business and that can be seen from the specs. Apple has pulled out a big gun and revised some of its past mistakes and gave it a new quirk. Both new MacBook Pros remove the Touch Bar for function keys and also return the MagSafe connector with fast charging. Coming to the quirks, the new MacBook Pro now has a notch.
Apple says the display design and macOS Monterey will take full advantage of screen real-estate, cleverly hiding the notch in the top menu bar. Even though it looks cool, it still misses Face ID which can be installed in the notch area.

MacBook Pro 14-inci dan MacBook Pro 16-inci juga dilengkapi port HDMI ukuran penuh, dua port thunderbolt, jack earphone high-fidelity, dan pembaca kartu SD. I/O ini tidak ada hanya untuk kepentingan itu. M1 Max MacBook Pro dapat terhubung dengan hingga 4 layar dan masih memiliki port tersisa untuk kartu SD dan headphone.
With this, only the 24-inch iMac and the very expensive Mac Pro are the only Intel Macs left in the lineup. While Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger expects Intel Macs to make a comeback and possibly sell alongside Apple's silicon Macs, the evolution of the current M-series chips and new MacBook Pros makes that transition more difficult.
