Go into the Bus Driver config file in Documents and change (using note pad) uset g_console "0" to uset g_console "1". Save and exit, and then start Bus Driver in a window, not fullscreen. Once the game starts, push the tilde key (beside the 1). Then, type either of the codes below
edit bus1: view and edit city edit map : create a new driving course
