Unlimited Graffiti

At the Start Menu (when the head comes on) quickly press R, L, Y, X. If done correctly, you should hear a graffiti spray. Note: This may sometimes fail.

Unlock Characters

A . Ku. Mu. : Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Fortified Residential Zone.
Cube: Go to the Bottom Point of Sewage Facility and outrace Cube in the City Rush. This must be done after beating the Noise Tanks in Sky-Dinosaurian Square.
Doom Riders: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Dogenzaka Hill.
Goji Rokkaku: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Rokkaku-Dai Heights.
Immortals: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Skyscraper District and Pharaoh Park.
Jazz: Defeat Jazz at City Rush in the Future Site of Rokkaku Expo Stadium.
Love Shockers: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Hikage Street.
Noise Tanks: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Highway Zero.
NT-3000: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Sky-Dinosaurium Square.
Poison Jam: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Test Run mode at the Tokyo Underground Sewage Facility and the Bottom Point of the Sewage Facility.
Potts: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Kibogaoka Hill.
Rapid 99: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in 99th Street.
RoBoy: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Chou Street. Note: A. Ku. Mu. Must first be unlocked before you can unlock RoBoy.
Soda: Defeat Soda at City Rush in Highway Zero. Note: Soda was known as Slate in Jet Grind Radio.
Zero Beat: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Test Run mode at Shibuya Terminal.
Immortals: Achieve a "Jet" ranking in Skyscraper District and Pharaoh Park.

Hints

Easy Points In Shibuya Terminal

Grind on the stairs near Hikage street. You should get 500 pts for doing grind combos and 1000 pts for doing air combos.

Easy Points In Dogenzaka Test Run

To get easy points on The Dogenzaka hill Jet Tech, Grind on the rail ont left side of the beginning of the hill. It should give you 500pts per grind trick. (The rail on the right also works for this hint)

How To Unlock Test Runs/Easy Jet Tech

1: To unlock a Test run beat the game, go to a stage (it doesn't matter, any stage that has a tape), complete ALL challanges and ALL Graffiti Souls in that area, then talk to RoBoy and the Test Run mode will be unlocked.    2: To score quick points on Jet Tech mode, whenever you grind or do an ariel trick press 'Y' to recieve DOUBLE the points.  

Defeat Scary Monster At End Of The Game

Do not waist your time hitting the shadow guys at the bottom unless you need paint. When you combo your way to the top wait for the monster to bend over to use the super beam, boost into his back. When the SS graffiti sign appears spray the soul of the street on his back. When he gets up grind down the stairs in the corner. Repeat process until monster starts to cry and says he only wanted friends(well he wont really) but if he did wouldn't you feel bad? PS:Ryth(which I spelled wrong) is best for a first time win. Or Gum.

Defeat Beat

After covering the first level in paint, beat will appear. Find beat and follow him 3 times. You would be at the begeing. Race him. When you get to the hill, don't grind, don't boost dash just go in the little part of the hill. Then boost dash in the sewer and grind on the side of the stairs and jump of and you win!!!

Hidden Characters

Beat: Defeat him in a street race.    Boogie: She can be found at Kibogaoka Hill.    Clutch: Find Clutch through DJ Professor K's instructions.    Combo: Successfully complete his challenges.    Garam: Successfully complete his challenges.    Rhyth: Go to the top of the Poison Jam warehouse in Rokkaku-dai Heights to find   her the first time. Follow and find her two more times in the game.

Successfully complete the game, then talk to RoBoy. Test Run mode will now be available.
