When in the game press ~ to display the console window. Put in one of the following cheats. God Mode

Open console with the (`)or(~) key and type in DOG. After this you should be able to play the game without dying.

Hints

Time To Run And Hide

On mission 3: Operation overlord when the door of the landing boat opens jump straight out and run as fast as your guy can go and hide behind the nearest piece of scrap on the beach then crouch. Wait there until the machine gun fire stops then do it again. Try to keep up with your guys and watch for the medic. Find the medic as soon as you can because he'll give you full health (he'll do this only once though). Do this until you reach the captian at the first bunker. You'll see a few guys ducking at the bottom of a hill.

Hitting Someone With A Gun

If you are using colt45, click the right button and you can smack your enemy with your gun.
