Making Stronger Weapons

To make a weapon, you first tap the inventory picture on the touch screen (it looks like a bag). It will show you all the items you have collected during the game. You then drag one item onto another. Warning: this will not always work. For example, you can drag a stick onto a pin to make a mosquito sting.
