Feed Your Dog A Light Bulb

When a light bulb appears above your dog, drag it with your stylus to his/her mouth to feed it to him/her.

Ouch Shake

First, you tell your dog to roll over. Then lift its front paw up. It will do crying noises. Touch the icon and say ouch shake.

Kick Legs

To make your dog do Kick legs, first tell your dog to roll over. Then touch its back legs. Touch the light bulb icon and tell it to do Kick Legs.

Friend List

Any time you meet a dog owner in Bark Mode, that person's trainer info will be saved to your friend list automatically. You can save up to 50 contacts on your friend list.

Always Dark

If you buy the Outer Space room you will see that the sun will never come up. It will always be dark.

Picking Your Dog

When you arrive at the Nintendogs Kennel, you'll have your choice of a half-dozen different breeds, ranging in size, shape, and temperament. With every color of the doggy rainbow to choose from, picking just one pup can be a daunting task. Luckily, the game provides detailed information about each dogs unique personality to help you find your perfect match.

Twitch

Even though this is an unusual trick, it is possible to get your dog to learn to do it. This is what you need to do: First, get your dog to lay on its side. While your dog is on its side, tap its back legs a couple of times. If done correctly, your dog should twitch.

Puppy Care

Wash, Brush, feed, and provide water-these are the four basic things you need to do every day to keep your puppy happy. If you forget to take care of these important tasks on a daily basis, your pup will feel neglected and may even run away. Check the dog status screen to make sure your puppy has all of the basic needs met.

Wave Paw

Get your dog to sit and hold and ear back. Then the dog will wave its paw. Do it three or four times to get the trick.

Walk Till You Drop

Before making the last stop in the park, change your dog's collar to auto-save your game. Turn off the DS and cold boot the game. This will enable you to save any items you found during the walk and restarts your walk at the same time, allowing you to farm the park for items.
