Triangle, Square, Triangle, X, Circle, Triangle, Up, Down, Left, Right, Hold X, then press Circle, Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Square, X. Do this while fighting in a battle and you will hear a grunt or a yelp. Depends on who you are playing on what you will hear.
