At the title screen while the letters are in motion, press Up(2), Down(2), Circle, Triangle, Square. If you entered the code correctly, there will be an explosion. Then, press X to fire the laser during a game.

Infinite continues

At the title screen, press Up, Right, Down, Left, X(3).
