Mercedes Benz MBUX Hyperscreen

Mercedes-Benz launches a massive 55.5-inch MBUX hyper screen. This is the largest screen the German carmaker has ever built.

As stated by company officials, the three separate screens have been combined into one. It is also one of the smartest human-machine interfaces which use AI to bring the best user interface.

The MBUX hyper screen will first be installed in the upcoming EQS electric sedan.

Fifth Generation Waymo Driver

Waymo Driver is a self-driving technology from US-based tech company Waymo. The company is showcasing its latest development in autonomous technology, which it calls the fifth generation Waymo driver.

Waymo said the latest technology is stronger and safer than ever and can be used for various vehicle platforms.

Additionally, it won the CES 2021 Best of Innovations award.

The Continental Transparent Trailer is a system that allows the driver to see through the rear and side areas of the trailer as it is towing.

This makes towing safer and reduces the chance of accidents. This technology is based on Continental's Surround-view system.

Also, they received the Innovation Honoree award at CES 2021.

Similar to the Continental Trailer, the company also won the same award for the Advance Radar Sensor (ARS) 540.

This is a very innovative sensor that can collect object range, location, speed, azimuth angle, images, and more.

According to the manufacturer, the ARS system is also capable of creating precise maps of the driving environment up to 300 meters away.

In short, it supports autonomous drive technology from partial to full automation.

The screen shows valuable information such as navigation, digital locks, fitness tracking, topography-based range estimation, and many more features.

It can be connected via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Users can connect it to a smartphone with the Nyon e-Bike app and track their driving activity.
