Why did the aliens arrive at Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7?

@FN_Assist is one of the many leaked Fortnite accounts that are popular on Twitter. Recently, the account tweeted some details regarding the arrival of aliens and what exactly causes it.

The Tweet includes a graphic that guides the viewer on the journey from Chapter 1 Season 4 to Chapter 2 Season 6. This is well thought out and makes sense.

Fortnite players will long remember The Visitor making its debut on the island. In the storyline, The Visitor creates a rocket that doubles as a time machine. This is Fortnite's first in-game event.

The rocket created many gaps that are now believed to be torn in time and space, not simple portals for travel. The teaser shows a distant planet, believed to be an alien planet after reality begins to break down.

A viral marketing campaign has recently started which many feel is from Epic Games and has something to do with Fortnite. Posters and postcards appeared all over the world with telephone numbers reconnected to Roswell, New Mexico.

It's all very strange, but if all of these theories are true, Epic Games has done it one more time. Visitors may have opened a gap to other realities that might see aliens enter and take over the island of Fortnite.
