The Fortnite community has just been notified that the Fortnite Reboot a Friend feature has been re-released, allowing looper to earn exclusive in-game rewards.

Epic Games has found other ways to keep players locked in Fortnite while calling absent players back to the battlefield.

The Fortnite Reboot a Friend feature offers players the opportunity to earn points, exclusive items, and weapon skins. The items that a player can unlock via reboot of a non-existent team member are:

• The Heartbeat Wrap
• The Plasma Carrot Pickaxe
• The Reboot Spray
• The Toxic Flash Glider

This item can be unlocked by a player who reboots three friends to play together. However, players must continue to play 10 matches with at least one of their rebooting friends to unlock all items and exclusive offers of this feature.

If a Fortnite player has no friends to reboot, Epic Games provides one. Friends who qualify for a "reboot" must be inactive for at least 30 days. However, many Fortnite players were much more active than that.

Loopers without inactive friends can easily invite gamers from their friends' lists to play games together and unlock exclusive Fortnite Reboot Friend rewards. Even though these players did not qualify for the first game bonus of 100 points, they could still earn other points and unlock this item.

With the Fortnite Reboot a Friend feature returning to battle, gamers with very active and very inactive friends lists can now get exclusive in-game features in addition to those redeemable in the battle pass.

Thanks to this limited-time feature, Fortnite Season 6 players can simultaneously earn battle pass XP and points for playing with old friends.
