Fortnite Season 8 glitch turns JB Chimpanski into a pay-to-win skin

J.B. Chimpanski, who has essentially filled the role of Doctor Slone this season, is a Fortnite battle pass skin that many players have acquired. Later in the Battle Pass, players can unlock new default emotes for the Space Chimps crossover character.

These two things together, with one more condition to meet, led to the error that gave the player J.B. Chimpanski a significant advantage.

A new glitch gave J.B. Chipanski a big advantage in Fortnite

As mentioned, the glitch involved using J.B. Chimpanski (it's not clear if it will work or not with different variants to be unlocked later) and its built-in emotes. Players need to find the Shadow Stones, which are located in all the locations of the alien crash.

Players can then consume Shadow Stones and perform unlockable built-in emotes for J.B. Chimpanski. Fortnite error is not possible without the built-in to emote. The Monkey Mosh emote won't play while in shadow form, but once players leave the shadow form (they should leave immediately after clicking the emote rather than waiting), they'll gain a significant advantage.

The Monkey Mosh Emote isn't traversal, but once Fortnite players use it in shadow form, they'll be able to drink healing on the move. While not at a tremendous speed, the ability to keep moving forward while healing was enormous.

J.B. Chimpanski Emote

Most players will hide or build to heal, but they always have to stop moving. This can make them vulnerable. So, being able to move forward and heal was a huge advantage. At the very least, a moving target was much harder to hit than a crouched, stationary target.
