PUBG Mobile Reintroduces ‘Infection Mode’ in Update 1.0

PUBG Mobile players are excited about the upcoming 1.0 Update, which will revolutionize the game. We know that the latest update will introduce Erangel 2.0 as well as release Ultra HD graphics for the mobile game.

However, players still don't know much about Update 1.0, which will be released on September 8th. For example, fan-favorite 'Infection Mode' will return in the PUBG Mobile 1.0 Update.

'Infection Mode' was first introduced at PUBG Mobile last year during the 0.14.0 update. However, the content is only available for a limited time.

In this game mode, 12 players are divided into two teams, namely Defenders and Zombies. To win, Defenders must protect themselves until time runs out, whereas Zombies must infect Defenders to win.

PUBG Mobile hasn't officially announced the return of Infection Mode for Update 1.0; However, the game mode is already available to play in Beta. So, it is evident that this content will also be released in the global version of PUBG Mobile. Additionally, players must be at Level 5 to try out 'Infection Mode'.

Apart from reintroducing 'Infection Mode', the PUBG Mobile 1.0 Update will also release an upgraded version of the Payload game mode.

Payload 2.0 game mode will make things even more interesting in PUBG Mobile. That's because it will introduce helicopters, UAVs, Anti-Bomb Suit, Radar, and many other fantastic features in PUBG Mobile.
