Regardless of how long Operation: Sky Fire lasts, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 begins on Monday, September 13. Previous Fortnite seasons always started about 12 hours after the live event. This means players can expect Chapter 2 Season 8 to kick off at around 04:00 ET on the morning of September 13.

What to expect from a Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 battle ticket?

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 ends on September 12, and so does the Season 7 battle with it. This will pave the way for a new battle pass, and players will be able to access a variety of new content, including Naruto skins.

Chapter 2 Season 8 is also rumored to be bringing back Kevin the Cube and a new POI that will replace the POI destroyed by Operation: Sky Fire. However, this will only be confirmed once the season and battle pass goes live on September 13, 4 AM ET.
