Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1: How to get bot lobbies successfully

102

Fortnite Chapter 3 is packed with new content and stuff to keep players busy as they wait for the new season. One of the game's most notable features is the bot lobby.

Usually, when a player jumps into a BR game, they are playing with another real player. But in the bot lobby, all the opponents that appear are replaced with bots instead of real players. This lobby is the best way to improve your skills while having fun.

Bot lobbies are not very common in games, and getting into them can be a tricky affair. This is because multiple players are trying to connect to the game in the same instance, and matchmaking usually combines players into one lobby.

However, the community is always finding new ways to get into the bot lobby in Fortnite. In this article, we will explain how players can successfully lobby bots in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1.

How to join the bot lobby in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1

To enter the bot lobby in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1, all you need to do is change some in-game settings and restart the game. You will first have to start Fortnite and head to the in-game settings from your main menu.

Once in the settings, visit the Accounts and Privacy tab (the far right tab). There, you'll see an option known as "Hidden Matchmaking Delay." This option is set to 0 seconds by default, and all you need to do is set it to any value above 10 seconds. Save the settings and click apply.

While you're at it, also enable "Anonymous Mode" (also in the Gameplay and Privacy menu) which is turned off. Also, turn off "Show Season Level in Feed" just below "Anonymous Mode".

In the Account and Privacy tab, you will see another option called "Social Privacy", which contains several options. Just enable "Hide Your Linked Account Name", which is disabled by default. Now, save all the new settings and exit the menu.

The last thing you need to do is search for “Allow Cross-Platform Play” in the Account and Privacy tab and switch it to “No” and save and apply the settings. Now, restart the game and you will be able to access the bot lobby in Chapter 3.
