Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6: Where to find and repair damaged telescopes

The first two quests for the Foreshadowing questline in Fortnite finally went live. Currently, this mission offers XP to complete and suggests that there is a possibility of I.O. the guards returned to the island.

This quest was introduced after the Fortnite 16.50 update went live today and will probably give the current storyline the right direction.

How do you get to the Fortnite telescope location?

To date, only 5 Fortnite telescope locations have been found. There may be more on the island, but players only need to repair these five Fortnite telescopes to complete this challenge.

This Fortnite telescope should not be confused with the functional telescope on the island. Players should also note that they need to harvest a large amount of metal before approaching the Fortnite telescope's location.

Players will need about 20 metals to repair each telescope, which means players will have to harvest about 100 metals to complete this challenge. Also, the locations of these Fortnite telescopes are scattered all over the map, so it will be a little difficult to complete this challenge all at once. To solve this, players may need to jump into at least a few matches.

Because of this, the map below shows the five Fortnite telescope locations that have been seen so far.

This isn't the only Foreshadowing quest that has aired at this point. There is another that requires the player to investigate the helicopter that crashed on the island. As per the mission description, this helicopter is thought to belong to I.O. This indicates that someone has come to the island. But why they came to the island is still a mystery.

Everyone knows that I.O. controls the loop on the island and not too happy with people who come out of the circle. So, this may be an attempt to regain control of the loop. The upcoming days at Fortnite are exciting and will set the direction of the storyline for the remainder of the season in Fortnite.
