Fortnite Season 7 Leaks: Coral Castle Changes

Fortnite Season 7 saw the Battle Royale island go from being a "primal" era to being awash with intelligent space technology including UFOs and innumerable weapons from the future.
While the swing between two distant timelines may have been a bit too much during the start of the season, the community seems content with the 'Invasion' that befell the island until now.
Despite the dissatisfaction with Fortnite Season 7 that there are no new POIS in the "Map Changes" section, fans appreciate the massive adjustments to the weapon roster, in-game mechanics, and the addition of UFOs.
Now, however, various Fortnite Season 7 leaks point towards major changes to several areas of the map, with one of them being the dreaded Coral Castle.
Fortnite Season 7 Leaks: This could be the end of Coral Castle
A few hours ago, a renowned Fortnite data-miner HYPEX tweeted out a list of map changes that are inbound, likely with the next update (v17.20).
HYPEX outlines three POIs that will soon be taken over by Alien Parasites, a new type of island Fortnite that sticks to your head and slowly sucks up player health while also gaining speed & jump boosts.
The following locations will be infested:
- Lazy Lake
- Weeping Woods
- Holly Hedges
Additionally, Coral Castle, which is now definitely one of the least visited POIs on the map, is expected to be "abducted" inside a giant aircraft carrier hovering over the island of Fortnite.

Earlier this month, HYPEX also tweeted an image showing what Coral Castle looked like after it was destroyed.
When the giant ship 'abducts' Coral Castle from its place, it is expected to flatten a dust-depot-style crater on the ground which will then become home to IO. The latter has been on the island since the start of Fortnite Season 7 while trying to find a way to communicate with otherworldly creatures.
A Fortnite leak via HYPEX also suggests that Kymera, in her NPC form, will stake out the crater and will sell the 'Exotic Burst Pulse Rifle' for gold.
